I offer the opportunity to work on a face to face basis with me at Brighter Spaces in the centre of Guildford.
Brighter Spaces is situated at 54 Quarry Street, an original Georgian townhouse, which is only a short walk to the attractive cobbled high street of Guildford town centre. here, you will find a diverse mix of restaurants, shops, boutiques, coffee bars and pubs.
Convenient Location
Guildford is a 30 minute train journey from London's, Waterloo station.
If you are arriving by car, the closest car parks can be found at:
- Castle Car Park/Tunsgate, Sydenham Road, GU1 3RW.
- Millbrook Car Park, off the A281, GU1 3UF.
How I work with Couples
If you are working with me as a couple, I spend the first few sessions with each of you individually.
This is important and beneficial for a number of reasons:
i. You feel safe expressing yourself fully without feeling self conscious and that you might upset your partner.
ii. Together we can work on the deeper and more nuanced patterns of behaviour and thinking that are specific to you and which are impacting your relationship.
Working in this way can help you make improvements quickly at the start of our work as you are more focused on more effective ways of showing up in your relationship.
We will move into couples work in good time and can always come back to individual sessions as and where necessary.
